The empowerment cycle gathers the relations which sources are acts OM and destinations are energies OO.This cycle organizes in a reasoned manner the different sources of empowerment on several levels: intellectual, personal, collective (political as well as economic) and family levels. The identity, the direction and control, the power, the symbolic inscription in law, the individual and collective responsability and, finally, the material equipment are at stake.
