A paradigm is a matrix of ideas There exists millions of possible paradigms that will be developed through the collaborative effort of IEML specialists and experts in knowledge domains. To start with are the following 15 paradigms of human development. These paradigms are organized according to the six interdependent dimensions of human development. 1) The first dimension, which corresponds to the « knowing » y, or to the intellectual capital (arts and sciences) of a group, is represented by 2 paradigms of organised knowledge: organized knowledge (acts) and organized knowledge (mutations) as by 2 paradigms objects of knowledge: objects of knowledge (acts) and objects of knowledge (mutations). 2) The second dimension, which corresponds to the « will » o, or to the capital of governance (values, institutions) of a group, is represented by the paradigms of anthropological functions and of anthropological qualities. 3) The third dimension, which corresponds to the « power » e, or to the capital of competences (professions, crafts, know-how) of a group, is represented by the paradigms of competences and achievements. 4) The fourth dimension, which corresponds to actual signs u, or to the cultural capital (documents, messages) of a group, are represented by the paradigms of semiotic functions and semiotic qualities. 5) The fifth dimension, which corresponds to actual human beings a, or to the social capital (people, communities, social networks), is represented by the paradigms of social functions and social actors. 6) The sixth dimension, which corresponds to actual things i, or to the technical capital (equipment, physical support), is represented by the paradigms of technical functions and technical qualities. 7) Finally, the paradigm of improvements of collective intelligence represents the interdependent relations of the six dimensions from above.
